LFU is not just a social work or a coaching class, but it is providing and unique volunteer based model to bring about a meaningful change in lives of poor and tribal families.
3. LFU’s unique selection of beneficiaries stands out in the NEET coaching industry. While many coaching centres focus on academically top-performing students, LFU takes a radically different approach. The expert committee, comprising social workers, senior members of organizations, and teaching volunteers, ensures that the most marginalized students have a fair chance to access quality education. This approach challenges the prevailing notion that only “toppers” can succeed in medical entrance exams. By prioritizing the most underprivileged and economically poor students, LFU is truly empowering those who are often overlooked. LFU’s commitment to social justice is evident in this selection process.
1. LFU’s innovative and impressive Volunteering model. By requiring volunteers to contribute only 30-40 hours per year, the organization makes it accessible for a wide range of individuals to participate. This approach not only leverages the expertise of medical and engineering students but also fosters a sense of community and shared responsibility. Also, this is best utilisation of time available with medical and engineering students helping to productively channelizing the youth.
2. Two-tier Leadership System : LFU’s two-tier leadership system is a key component of its operational efficiency and effectiveness. At the apex are the Trustees or Co-founders, who provide strategic guidance and oversee the organization’s overall direction. Below them is the Working Team, a group of dedicated individuals responsible for the day-to-day operations. The Working Team comprises various roles, including Batch Incharges, Mentorship Incharges, Test Incharges, and a Social Media Incharge, all under the leadership of the Working Team President. Notably, LFU fosters a culture of growth and development, allowing volunteers to ascend to the Working Team after gaining valuable experience. These team members are granted autonomy in their academic responsibilities and are provided with logistical support and dedicated salaried staff to ensure smooth execution. This hierarchical structure not only ensures effective decision-making but also empowers individuals and fosters a sense of ownership within the organization.
In essence, LFU’s unique volunteering model is a powerful catalyst for change.
It empowers underprivileged students, challenges societal norms, and leverages the expertise of volunteers to create a more equitable and inclusive educational landscape and in turn also helps volunteers in developing their own personality, communication skills and networking benefits.

The per annum fees of any institute is around Rs.1,36,000 in Kota (Rajasthan). It may go high upto Rs. 2,00,000/- as well.
At LFU, at any point, we coach a minimum of 120 students, FREE OF COST!
On an average, with good food and hostel facilities the expense goes upto Rs 9,000 per month without books, stationery etc. At LFU Ulgulaan, this cost goes around Rs 6,090 only including stationary, books, toiletries etc.
We believe strongly in achieving the maximum in the minimum cost. We also expect this approach will be reflected in our students when they become doctors. We, hereby, are trying to make a cult of good blood that shall filter out the evil from the society.
Doctors who decided to give the underprivileged a platform to learn and be uplifted. The ones who ideated and built our NGO.
